The Ixonia location is conveniently located between Oconomowoc and Watertown on hwy F. one block off hwy 16. This is our newest location completely remodeled in the formerly known Red Bell Grocery store. This location has grown extremely fast and is excited about growing into the future.

We make a wide selection of homemade products and flavors offered in our hotstix, summer sausage, beef strips and many other cured smoked products. We also offer a wide variety of fresh sausages with over 30 flavors and growing. 

 

Pernats is known for our venison processing and sausage making. We make a huge selection of products made from venison. Besides processing whole deer, we also accept boneless venison to make our homemade recipes for you to enjoy. With over 47 products and flavors to pick from we can assure we have something for everyone to enjoy!
